These terms cover your use of Decorat, operated by Simahum Trading and Services LLC of Oman. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service does
You photograph a room, choose a style and a colour palette, and an AI model produces redesigned versions of that room. The results are suggestions — visual ideas, not architectural plans. They are not measured, not to scale, and not a construction document. Do not order materials or commission work from a generated image without checking the real room first.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One person, one account.
What you may upload
Only photographs you have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people without their agreement, and do not upload anything unlawful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this — in practice, only where we have to.
Credits, subscriptions and refunds
How credits work
- Every new account gets 3 free redesigns, once, for the life of the account.
- One redesign costs one credit, whatever the number of variants it returns.
- If a redesign fails, the credit is returned automatically.
- You get one free retry per original redesign if you are not happy with the result.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Top-up credits are not consumed until the monthly allowance is used up, and they do not expire.
Billing and cancellation
Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us — we never see your card details. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought through, under their policies. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we will add credits to your account to make it right.
Who owns what
Your photographs remain yours. You give us permission to store them and send them to our AI provider purely to produce your redesigns — nothing else.
The generated images are yours to use, personally or commercially. Bear in mind that AI-generated images may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and that another user could receive a similar result from a similar room and style.
The app itself, its name, its design and its style library remain ours.
What we do not promise
AI output is unpredictable. A result may be unrealistic, may not match the style you chose, or may misread the room. That is the nature of the technology, not a defect — which is why failed redesigns are refunded and why you get a free retry. We do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your use
Delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or via the deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top reflects the current version.
