You can delete your Decorat account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two routes: from inside the app, which is immediate, or by email if you have already uninstalled.
From inside the app
- Open Decorat and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Profile in the bottom bar.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion happens straight away and you are signed out.
If you no longer have the app
Email rashdis@simahum.om from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We use the sending address to confirm the account is yours, so a request from a different address will need something else to verify it. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no archive to restore from — the images are removed from storage, not just unlinked. If you want to keep any of your designs, share or save them before you delete.
What is not deleted straight away
- Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it, because the subscription belongs to your Apple or Google account, not to us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being charged.
- Purchase records. Where tax or accounting law requires us to keep a record of a transaction, we keep the record — not your photographs.
- Aggregate analytics. Counts that cannot identify you, such as how many redesigns were made in a month, remain in our aggregate figures.
- Backups. Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire on their normal schedule.
